"Corporations Act 2001 s 250L effective poll demand thresholds"
Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) s 250L allows a poll to be demanded by at least 5 voting members, members with at least 5% of poll votes, or the chair, before voting, before show-of-hands results are declared, or immediately after those results are declared.
This is a human-established fact, not a universal axiom. It is true within CTH as enacted by Federal Register of Legislation.

Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) s 250L states when a poll is effectively demanded at a company members meeting. A poll may be demanded by at least 5 members entitled to vote on the resolution, by members with at least 5% of the votes that may be cast on the resolution on a poll, or by the chair. A constitution may allow fewer members or a lower percentage. The poll may be demanded before a vote is taken, before voting results on a show of hands are declared, or immediately after those results are declared. Official source checked: Federal Register of Legislation, Corporations Act 2001 current text, s 250L. Dogfood note: Source search for s 250L did not surface a native Corporations Act s 250L row; it returned adjacent proposed meeting topics and unrelated CCA rows.
