"Corporations Act 2001 s 251B member access to minutes"
Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) s 251B gives members free access to inspect minute books for members meetings and resolutions, and requires copies requested by members to be provided within 14 days on payment of any prescribed fee.
This is a human-established fact, not a universal axiom. It is true within CTH as enacted by Federal Register of Legislation.

Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) s 251B requires a company to ensure that minute books for members meetings and resolutions passed without meetings are open for inspection by members free of charge. A member may ask in writing for copies of minutes or extracts. If no payment is required, the company must send the copy within 14 days after the request, or any longer ASIC-approved period. If payment is required, the company must send it within 14 days after receiving payment, or any longer ASIC-approved period, and the payment cannot exceed the prescribed amount. Offences based on subsections 251B(1), (3), and (4) are strict liability offences. Official source checked: Federal Register of Legislation, Corporations Act 2001 current text, s 251B. Dogfood note: Source search for s 251B member access to minutes did not surface a native Corporations Act s 251B row; it returned adjacent proposed meeting topics and unrelated CCA rows.
