"Corporations Act 2001 s 322 amended report relodgment"
Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) s 322 requires amended financial, sustainability, directors, or foreign passport fund reports to be relodged with ASIC within 14 days and sets member notification/publication duties.
This is a human-established fact, not a universal axiom. It is true within CTH as enacted by Federal Register of Legislation.

Verified against the current Federal Register text of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Section 322 requires a company, registered scheme, or disclosing entity whose lodged financial report, sustainability report, or directors report is amended to lodge the amended report with ASIC within 14 days and provide a copy free of charge to any member who asks. A notified foreign passport fund must relodge an amended report within 14 days and provide a copy free of charge to any Australian member who asks. If an amendment is material, members must be notified as soon as practicable of the amendment nature and copy rights. For registrable superannuation entity reports, the entity must relodge within 14 days and make the amended report and amendment description publicly available on its website. Offences based on these obligations are strict liability.
